Desert Diamond Mobile LLC (Bet Desert Diamond) is offering all qualifying first-time depositing players a 100% match of their first deposit over $100.00 or more, up to $250 in Bonus Bets (Promotion). This Promotion is available only to new Desert Diamond players who have not previously deposited any funds into their Desert Diamond account and can be activated only by satisfying the following requirements:

Requirements for users registering with Desert Diamond:

1. Make a first deposit over $100.00 to receive a 100% match of 5 Bonus Bets, up to $250 within 14 days of registration.
2. Bonus Bets expire 7 days after issuance.
3. Only wagers with odds of -200 or longer (e.g., -150, +100) are eligible for use with awarded Bonus Bets. Your Bonus Bets will be available within your bet slip.
4. You must wager the amount of your initial deposit at least one time over before withdrawing any winnings from your Bonus Bets. Unused Bonus Bets and Bonus Bet winnings may be forfeited if your deposit is not wagered through.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends on
December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT. 

Desert Diamond may terminate or extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility 

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and physically present in the state of Arizona and not on Indian Lands when placing a wager.

To participate in the Promotion, you must have a fully verified Bet Desert Diamond account.  You must not have another Bet Desert Diamond account, and any information provided during the registration and funding of your account is complete, accurate, not misleading, and up to date. 

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are eligible under Bet Desert Diamond’s Terms of Service to have a Desert Diamond account. 

Persons who are on the Arizona Department of Gaming’s self-exclusion list or who are self-suspended with Desert Diamond are not eligible for the Promotion.

You may use this Promotion only once.

4. Registration Procedure

A Bet Desert Diamond player who has not previously made any deposits into his/her account will be automatically enrolled in the Promotion.

To qualify for this Promotion, individuals must have an active and verified Bet Desert Diamond account (“Account”).

Players will not be required to enter a promotion code to participate.

Players who have a promotional or affiliate code during the registration process (e.g., a code for interim or seasonal promotions offered by Bet Desert Diamond or a third-party affiliate code) may enter the code when signing up.

5. Action Required

To participate in this Promotion, your first deposit must be a minimum of $10.

For users registering via any 3rd-Party Affiliate Site of Bet Desert Diamond, your first deposit must be a minimum of $100.01

No additional opt-in is required for this Promotion.  

6. Claiming the Offer 

Upon successful first deposit over $100.00, five (5) Bonus Bets with a total value equal to 100% of the deposit amount (up to $250) will be credited within forty-eight (48) hours.

Bonus Bets will activate immediately upon being credited and will expire 7 days after issuance. 

The reward type for this Promotion is a Bonus Bet. 

Any winnings earned from the Bonus Bet are credited into your Bet Desert Diamond gaming account balance and are withdrawable. The stake is retained by Bet Desert Diamond and the winnings are returned to the Patron.

Each Bonus Bet cannot be used in portions. For example, if a $20 Bonus Bet is awarded, it must be used in its entirety when wagered. 

7. Limitation on Participation 

In addition to the eligibility requirements, Bet Desert Diamond reserves the right to refuse or restrict eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, based on wagering history, betting patterns or prior history of failing to participate in any previous Promotion in good faith. 

Any attempt to tamper with a Promotion in any way to gain an unfair advantage (i.e., violating the fair play or spirit of the House Rules, Terms of Service, etc.) or abuse any aspect of a Promotion, may disqualify the Promotion, at our sole discretion. 

Bet Desert Diamond holds the sole discretion in determining such disqualification.  Our decisions are final on all matters relating to Promotions.

Bonus Bets awarded from the Promotion are limited to wagers on games or events where the odds are -200 or longer (e.g., -150, +100). For example, -250 will not count, but wagers with odds -150 or any + odds will be counted.

• If used in a parlay, each leg also must be of odds -200 or longer.

Any player who engages in bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate play may have their Bonus Bets and/or winnings forfeited or withheld, or be excluded from future bonuses and/or awards, or have their account locked at Bet Desert Diamond's sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to: Arbitrage i.e., wagering on both sides of a line in an individual game. Multiple or grouped accounts linked by device, static IP, cashier, or wagers exploitatively.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusion 

Odds that are enhanced via either a Profit Boost or Odds Boost token are not eligible for wagers made with Bonus Bets.

Bonus Bets are not withdrawal funds, and no cash equivalent will be granted; Bonus Bets may only be used exclusively by placing a wager on Desert Diamond.

You are able to withdraw winnings that have resulted from Bonus Bets once that bet is settled.

All Bonus Bets need to be wagered within 7 days of issuance, otherwise will expire.

You must wager the amount of your initial deposit at least one time over before withdrawing any winnings from your Bonus Bets. Unused Bonus Bets and Bonus Bet winnings may be forfeited if your deposit is not wagered through.

9. Eligible Markets

Only Cash wagers on markets with odds of -200 or longer will be considered eligible to qualify towards the overall cash wagering requirement.

For example:

• You deposit $250.00 and receive 5 $50 bonus bets. You will need to wager this initial deposit of $250.00 at least once over on eligible markets, placing at least $250.00 in wagers on markets with odds of -200 or longer.

• You place a wager of $250.00 on a market with odds of -200. This wager will clear the wagering requirement, allowing you to withdraw any winnings from wagers placed with your Bonus Bet rewards

• You place a wager of $250.00 on a market with odds of -1000. The odds of this wager are too favorable, and you will still need to place at least $250.00 in cash wagers on markets with odds of -200 or longer before you can withdraw any winnings from wagers placed with your Bonus Bet rewards.

10. Restrictions on Withdrawals

Any winnings earned from the Bonus Bet are credited to the player account within 7 days of issuance.

You are able to withdraw winnings that have resulted from Bonus Bets once that bet is settled.

11. Cancellation/Opt-out of Promotion  

Bet Desert Diamond reserves the right to cancel the promotion or refuse to accept registration if any type of abuse of the rules is suspected. Bet Desert Diamond may cancel or alter the promotion in the event of technical difficulties or other occurrences beyond the control of the company.

You may cancel or opt out of participating in the Promotion by contacting Bet Desert Diamond Customer Support at support@betdesertdiamond.com, through our chat facility, or by visiting our Help Center. Upon receiving your request to cancel or opt-out, we will inform you of the amount of withdrawable funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of Bonus Bets that will be forfeited. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, any withdrawable funds remaining in your Account will be returned in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Bet Desert Diamond may cancel, suspend, or alter the Promotion at any time or exclude anyone from participating in a Promotion.

Desert Diamond Mobile LLC reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including without limitation computer errors that erroneously award prizes.

All taxes and fees payable on any winnings from wagers made with Bonus Credits, cash or other any payments made to you by Bet Desert Diamond are your sole responsibility including all reported tax filings.

Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions, but not defined in these Terms and Conditions, will have the meanings ascribed to them in Bet Desert Diamond’s Terms of Service.
