If you would like to close your account, you can do so at any time by contacting our friendly Customer Support team between the hours of 12:00pm to 12:00am MST via our Chat widget, by email to support@betdesertdiamond.com, or by phone at (623) 777-2213.

Want to take a break from playing without closing your account? We offer a Timeout for players to step away from their account for a period of between 3 days and 4 weeks, during which time you cannot access your account for any reason. More information about our Timeout feature can be seen
