I Am In Arizona. Why Can't I Play?

Under the terms of our license, we are required to verify that all players are located within the state of Arizona and not on tribal ands in order to place wagers. To do this, we rely on geolocation technology that confirms your location either through your web browser (if you are playing from a computer) or through your mobile phone signals or GPS (if you are playing from the app on a phone or tablet). 

If you are playing from a computer for the first time, you will be prompted to install the program Player Location Check which is used to verify your location. If your browser does not automatically start downloading this program, you may use the direct download links below:

You will need to ensure that your computer has a wireless network connection for the program to verify your location. Unfortunately, we cannot verify your location and you will not be able to play from your computer if you are connected to the internet via a network cable. If you have a wireless network connection and still receive an error verifying your location, please make sure that you have a strong signal and are not using any programs that may allow remote access to your computer. 

If you are playing from a mobile phone or tablet, please ensure that you have GPS enabled on your device and that you have downloaded and logged into the Bet Desert Diamond app. You will not be able to place a wager from the web browser on your phone or tablet.

In line with Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions, your access to geolocation services may be temporarily or permanently blocked if you make use of programs that can alter or spoof your location.
