How Do I View My Balance?

When logged into your Bet Desert Diamond account, you can view your balance at any time through the account menu.

Your balance contains your Cash Funds and your Bonus Funds.

What Are Cash Funds?

Cash funds are the amount you have deposited to your Bet Desert Diamond account and winnings from bets placed. The amount you see in the Cash (Withdrawable) part of your balance can be withdrawn from your Bet Desert Diamond account to your registered payment method. 

While winnings from bets placed with cash or from free bets will always be considered withdrawable, bets placed with bonus money may have a wagering requirement that you need to meet before winnings from those bets can be withdrawn.

What Are Bonus Funds?

You can earn bonus money rewards by participating in our promotions. When bonus money is credited, it may have a requirement to bet a certain amount before the bonus funds can be treated as cash funds. Your bonus funds will appear in the Sports Bonus part of your balance.
