We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours of receipt and will notify you via email when your withdrawal has been approved. From then, the time it will take for you to receive your withdrawal will depend on your withdrawal method:
Debit/Credit Card: These withdrawals are typically transferred to your card account within the same business day
ACH/e-Check: Withdrawals to your registered bank account via ACH/e-Check are typically received within 2 to 5 business days
PayPal: Withdrawals to your PayPal account are typically completed within minutes.
Certain financial institutions may process withdrawal transactions quicker or slower, and we typically expect any withdrawal to be received within 2 to 5 business days.
As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, we may request to verify account information and review certain documents before your withdrawal can be approved. These requests will be made through your account or via email if needed.
